Vendor Contracts to include: A 24-hour contact number An itemized statement of services and costs Staff qualifications Written description of the educational program Length of time the company has been conducting educational trips Past number of trips and students who have participated Names of the owner(s) of the organization and if there has been a judgment or criminal conviction against the owner(s) in the past 10 years
School Waivers/Permission Forms Describe all risks and activities with specificity Statement that trip is voluntary Make sure waiver is translated if aware of different home language Assumption of Risk
