Preschools must make the following documents accessible to any member of the public:  Admission policies; 39  Any licensing report or document;  A substantiated complaint investigation report;  Any licensing documents that document noncompliance conferences between DSS and the preschool; and  A copy of an accusation indicating DSS’ intent to revoke the preschool’s license. 40
