You are to appear at that time to answer questions relating to this investigation. It is important that you cooperate fully during this investigation and that you answer all questions honestly and completely. [OPTIONAL: If the school wishes to consider giving an order that the witness keep the content of the interview confidential the school should obtain legal advice to evaluate whether there is an adequate factual basis to do so under the limited exceptions to the rule that blanket gag orders are unlawful.] [Name of School] reaffirms its policy and commitment to providing a discrimination and harassment-free workplace.
